Wir haben täglich von 8-11h offene Sprechstunden ohne Termin. Dies reduziert die Bürokratie erheblich! Die Wartezeit ist meist kürzer als Sie denken. Die Digitalisierung entlastet uns erheblich, da viele bürokratische Vorgänge heute wegfallen.

Sie können uns helfen, wenn Sie Rezept- oder Überweisungswünsche per Email oder WhatsApp schicken.

Medizinische Berichte können Sie uns als PDF schicken. Nutzen Sie am besten den kostenlosen Adobe PDF scanner in Ihren Handy.

Dear patient,
with diverse populations and cultures in universities and within international employers` orginazations, practices such as mine see patients from all over the world. Religions and cultural customs do not matter to us. We believe in our open and tolerant values. In our eyes women and men do deserve the same respect. If you believe, that women are less worth than males please feel free to see any other practise. The doctor will not tolerate bad behavior especially towards women. We are open to anybody who is willing to integrate into Germany's democratic society.

Treatment and consult are free for all people who live in Germany or the EU. Ukraine personnel get free medical treatment as well. Before seeing a doctor, you need a "elektronische Gesundheitskarte eGK" (electronic health card) which you receive at the "Krankenkasse" (public insurance) like AOK, BEK, TKK etc. There are 96 of them in Germany. They are all equal since they must not make profit. My advice is choosing a "Krankenkasse" (public insurance) which has an office in your neighbourhood. That makes communication much easier. Usually the university or the emloyer takes care of everything. Children and non-working partners get their own eGK as "Familienangehörige" (family members) for free. If you do not work or study in Germany you may see the "Sozialamt" (town hall) to get public insurance. If you are a traveling resident of the EU we will assist you to get free medical treament.

Our practice
is open from Monday through Friday from 8-11 a.m. without appointment. Please do not call or send emails before you have been registered. We recomment to come early in the morning, because the laboratory driver will pick up the specimens exactly at 10 a.m. The afternoon is reserved to appointments.

Transfer to specialists (German "Überweisung")
If you want to the see a specialist, except gynecologist or eye doctor, you should come to our office for an "Überweisung" (letter of transfer). In case of immediate need of medical assistance call 112.
In case of non-severe sickness while our practise is clossed, please do call the "Ärztlicher Bereitschaftsdienst" (general practioner of duty) phone 116 117 across the country.

Wir sind eine technisch und organisatorisch moderne internistische Praxis der hausärztlichen Versorgung. Wir befinden uns im selben Haus wie die Spitzweg-Apotheke.
